Drop-off catering is freshly cooked food delivered to your location, packed ready to serve, without waitstaff on site. Ekatrina's Catering drop-off is made from scratch in Conroe and brought to offices, churches, homes, and event spaces on your schedule.

Do you deliver drop-off catering in Conroe, Willis, and The Woodlands?

Yes. Delivery covers Conroe, Willis, The Woodlands, Spring, and the rest of Montgomery County and nearby areas. Confirm the address on your quote so we can plan the drive and arrival window.

Is drop-off food ready to eat, or do I have to reheat it?

It is prepared to be served when we arrive. Hot items are packed to hold temperature for service; we will tell you if anything needs a brief reheat in your kitchen. You do not need a commercial kitchen to use Ekatrina's drop-off catering.

Do I need chafing dishes or serving staff for drop-off?

Not for most orders. Drop-off is designed so hosts can set trays out and go back to their guests. If you want chafing gear, utensils, or a later pickup of empties, note that on the quote and we will say what we can include.

When is drop-off better than full-service catering?

Choose drop-off for office lunches, ministry meals, showers, and gatherings where you want restaurant-quality food without on-site staff. Choose full-service when you need servers, a buffet line, or cleanup during the event. Ekatrina's Catering offers both.

How far in advance should I order drop-off catering?
